An Argentine Twist On Italian Nostalgia
Noche was born the way the best evenings are — from a craving not just for good food, but for something more.
Chef Alfio, Jenn, and Michelle didn’t set out to build another restaurant. They set out to recreate a feeling. The kind of place they searched for on their nights off — where the lighting is low, the energy is warm, and every pour, every plate, every pause between conversations feels just right.
With roots in Italy and Argentina, and hearts grounded in the rhythm of hospitality, the three imagined a space where soulful food, bold cocktails, and unpretentious elegance come together like old friends around a table. A place where nothing feels rushed, and everything feels intentional.
Noche is that place.
A little fire. A little finesse. A lot of heart.
Crafted by the people who live for hospitality, made for the people who love the night.

About Our History
Where the story began
Chef Alfio opens his first restaurant in Cincinnati, introducing the city to bold, soulful flavors rooted in his Italian-Argentine heritage. Dishes like housemade pastas, hand-cut steaks, and fresh chimichurri become signatures — and what begins as a quiet ambition quickly becomes a regional staple. A new standard for flavor, and for hospitality, is set.

When it clicked
Ten years after opening their first restaurant, Alfio, Jenn, and Michelle step out to celebrate a decade of passion, resilience, and the kind of work that changes you. They’re looking for something special — a place that matches the depth of their journey. Somewhere stylish but warm, intimate but alive. But drink after drink, course after course, nothing quite lands. The lighting’s too bright, the food too familiar, the atmosphere just... off. That night, they didn’t find the right table. But they found the reason to build one.

The Noche came to life
Noche opens its doors in Covington, KY — built by the very people who searched for it. A space to gather, sip, savor, and stay awhile. It’s Italian with Argentine soul, elegant without ego, and crafted for the kind of nights that matter most — the ones you never want to end.
